6/4/09 - We got to tour a portion of the Trump Tower Waikiki today as part of a client's purchase, so there's a new updated on the Trump Tower page, a Virtual Tour of our listed unit, #2018 and a Bonus Virtual Tour of a spectacular 2 bedroom unit in the building.

5/18/09 - Back from a week on the beautiful island of Kauai, we've added a  Kauai Virtual Tour. Sweeping views of beaches, sunset on Hanalei Bay, the Waimea Canyon overlook...enjoy.

4/27/09 - Following a great drive up the windward coast of Oahu to view some property, Carol has new photos for the Oahu Virtual Tour. Enjoy!

NEW - Virtual Tours!

That's right, more and better views of properties in paradise. We've added a new camera to our toolbox and can show you expanded 180-degree photos that you can cruise around in with your computer mouse. We have a Ko'olani Tour as an example with photos of the amenities and grounds and you can also tour any of our listings from within that window by clicking on "View All My Listings" or from each individual listing in our Featured Listings section.

Feel free to browse our new MLS Search page (it may take a second to load on slower internet connections). Whether you're searching Oahu, Lanai, Maui, Molokai, Kauai or the Big Island, all the information available through the Honolulu Board of Realtors is easy to find on our MLS Search page, so browse at your leisure. No, we don't require you to enter any information into a form to just look around, but we'd love to hear from you. If you click the Tell Us About You link, you can give us your name and email address and any information you'd like to pass on to us.

This great tool not only provides data, but also has maps, satellite images and all sorts of great features. You can even set yourself up for daily updates on the kind of property that you're looking for...just set up your search and click on the "Daily Hot Listings" to make the computer do your searching for you.

 Keller Wlliams Realty is Now Third in the Country (and a great photo...)

At the recently-completed Keller Williams Family Reunion (the aptly named annual meeting), it was announced that we had climbed to become the third-largest real estate company in the U.S.  According to the REAL Trends Report, Keller Williams Realty suffered only a 7.2% loss in agents, less than Coldwell Banker (7.3%), Century 21 (9.5%) and RE/MAX (19.4%). In these challenging times, that's a pretty solid statement about the company's model and stability.

AND...accompanying the article announcing the accomplishment in the company's "Out Front" magazine was this photo from the meeting:
