Allure Waikiki is now 35 stories high and making an impressive mark on the Waikiki skyline. Scheduled for completion in the spring of 2010, the units are spacious and the floor plans are both unique and well designed. We got a chance to tour the building and have added some photos of the current status, including one unit that is staged with furniture and all the trimmings. The bedrooms are nicely laid out and spacious.

 

  

Take a second look at the bathroom photo...the tiled area is actually a shower and the tub is next to it. Pretty interesting design. Also, many units have a second bathroom with a shower that can be accessed while in a wheelchair.

 

  

The swimming pool-to-be and the large lobby area under construction.

 

 

Two unique features of Allure Waikiki are the future 32,000 square foot garden area that will be at street level and the outside hallways to access units along one side of the building.

 

 

There was a great deal of activity on the lower floors.
